Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate for shipping based on the selected method.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside the United States and would like to inquire about shipping options, please contact us at contact@jmharborlane.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment notification.
Large or Oversized Items
Some furniture and larger decor items may require special handling or freight shipping. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order. Delivery times for oversized items may vary.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
