30-Day Return Policy
At Harbor & Home, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jmharborlane.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
